Group order is an order managed by someone for a certain country to save up postage for a certain item by collecting orders for that country. For example, I am one of the group order managers for my country, Brunei

Because manager cannot predict the amount for shipping from wherever-the-fansite-is to Brunei and i dont want to hold your money for a long time [production of items can take up to 6 months long]

Before submitting an order, read everything in detail;

Make sure that you really want to order and can pay on time before the deadline!

After filling out the order form, wait for the Order Confirmation NoticeOrder Confirmation Notice will only be sent IF the order reaches a minimum of 3. Otherwise, if you did not receive any notice, it means that the order will not be proceed.
❗ DO NOT FILL IN THE FORM MULTIPLE TIMES.

BIBD BANK - CDM / Online transfer

Bank Details will be sent together with Order Confirmation Notice!

TIERS OF PAYMENT

There will be 2 tiers of payment.

1st Payment - Goods + PayPal fees
2nd Payment - EMS + PayPal fees

NOTE: 2nd payment is the shipping fees. The final amount is affected by the total number of orders and the weight of the goods. The more orders we get, the cheaper it will be.

After you received Order Confirmation Notice (for 1st Payment) & 2nd Payment Notice (for 2nd Payment), please make a payment before the deadline and fill out the payment form that we provide via Order Confirmation Notice.
❗️❗️ IMPORTANT
No Payment Confirmation will be sent. I will only contact you if you still haven't made any payment by the deadline.STRICTLY NO REFUND / NO CANCELLATION after you make payments / received OCM. Your order will automatically be CANCELLED and you will be BLACKLISTED, if you don't make the first payment after submitting the order form / getting the OCM.Second payment DEADLINE is 3 ~ 7 days after we send the notice.

LATE PAYMENT FEE

Sanctions for those who are late paying the second payment:
> A fine of BND$0.50 per day after the deadline. If you pay 3 days after the deadline, then you need to pay 2nd payment + a fine of BND$0.50 x 3 = 2ND PM + BND$1.50)
> If you still haven't make payment more than 1 month, your items will be confiscated with no refund and we have the right to resell + you will be BLACKLISTED.

❗Please do note that storage is limited to 4 weeks (weeks that I don't hold meet-ups are not counted). Any uncollected items will be confiscated with no refunds.
